Vegalab Life Sciences applies its patent-pending Multiple-Sphere nano-encapsulation platform to those compounds as a formulation and delivery partner. We build delivery systems with ingredient owners, brands, licensed developers and clinics.

What the platform does

The Multiple-Sphere platform builds up to 20 programmable biopolymer layers around an active, with each layer able to respond to a different trigger such as pH, enzymes, moisture or time. That lets one particle combine functions that usually need separate excipients: oxidation protection in storage, acid resistance in the stomach, mucoadhesion at the intestinal wall and controlled release at the target. Manufacture runs under GMP at registered facilities in Korea, supported by more than 30 research, testing and evaluation relationships that organize independent validation.

Which compounds we work on

Our target list covers three groups. Cellular energy and longevity: NAC, NMN, NAD+, nicotinamide riboside, CoQ10, PQQ, resveratrol, pterostilbene, spermidine, fisetin, quercetin, berberine, alpha-lipoic acid and urolithin A. Antioxidants and support: glutathione, high-dose vitamin C, curcumin, astaxanthin and sulforaphane. Regenerative: peptides, hyaluronic acid, exosomes and selected topical actives. How our delivery technology applies

The platform addresses delivery as a sequence of barriers rather than one. Inner layers can hold an oxidation-prone or poorly soluble active in a protective matrix, middle layers resist gastric acid and proteases, and outer layers carry mucoadhesive or permeation-supporting polymers. Because layer count and chemistry are programmable, the same core technology can be tuned for an oral capsule, a topical ampoule or a veterinary format, and each design is tested against the specific failure mode of that compound.
