Vegalab, Inc. signs multiyear distribution agreement with Van Iperen International B.V.
Vegalab, Inc. announced it has signed a distribution agreement with Van Iperen International B.V., a specialty fertilizer producer based in The Netherlands. Van Iperen Group reported turnover of US $278 million in 2017. Under the agreement, Vegalab will distribute Van Iperen's agricultural products beginning in 2019.
Van Iperen International operates as a privately held, family-owned enterprise with over 100 years of experience in Dutch agriculture. The company employs 150 people, including 40 trained agronomists. The Netherlands exports approximately 65 billion euros annually in agricultural products.
Erik van den Bergh, CEO of Van Iperen International, stated: "We are excited to have the opportunity to work with Vegalab as a partner in the United States."
David Selakovic, Vegalab's CEO, noted: "Vegalab looks forward to introducing American farmers and growers to Van Iperen and Vegalab products, while protecting the biome."
Vegalab distributes all-natural, biologically derived pesticides, fertilizers, and specialty agricultural products throughout North and South America. The company operates in agronomy and citrus packing segments.
Van Iperen operates worldwide through headquarters and factories in The Netherlands, with subsidiaries in France, China, the United States, Lebanon, and Serbia. The company serves clients across more than 100 countries.
