Vita Boost

Vita Boost is a biostimulant that combines amplified kelp extracts with hydrolyzed amino acids. The kelp-derived phytohormones work alongside an amino-acid energy substrate to drive a general lift in plant vigor, rooting and stress recovery - supporting growth through transplant, heat and other stress periods.

Pre-harvest and re-entry intervals are restrictions carried on pesticide labels. These products are not pesticides, so neither applies. For comparison, four hours is the shortest re-entry interval a registered pesticide can carry.

What is a biostimulant and why use one?

A biostimulant does more than supply nutrients: it stimulates the plant's own growth and stress-response processes so the crop uses the resources it already has more efficiently. Vita Boost does both. It is a registered fertilizer with a 1-0-5 analysis, and it is a kelp and amino-acid bio-activator, so alongside the nitrogen, potassium and micronutrients it lifts vigor, rooting and resilience, helping crops establish faster, recover from stress and make better use of the nutrition available to them.

How does Vita Boost work?

Vita Boost blends mechanically extracted Ascophyllum nodosum with protein hydrolysate, gluconic acid and the micronutrients iron and manganese, in a 1-0-5 analysis (N 1%, K 5%). Mechanical extraction preserves the phytohormones, enzymes and amino acids found naturally in kelp, with no chemical residue. Those kelp compounds stimulate growth and stress-response pathways, while the hydrolyzed amino acids provide a ready energy substrate the plant can use directly, together driving a broad lift in vigor, rooting and recovery.

Stress resistance is one of the benefits, so a treated crop carries heat or transplant shock better, but the application window is the reproductive sequence, not the stress event.

Always read and follow the applicable product label.

Apply as a foliar spray at pre-flowering, fruit set and fruit enlargement. Those are the stages where cell division sets fruit number and uniformity, and repeated applications across them maintain the effect. Stress resistance is one of the things Vita Boost supports, so a treated crop carries heat, transplant shock or a setback better, but that is a benefit of the program rather than a separate application window: keep the timing on the reproductive sequence above.

Which crops is it for?

Vita Boost has been tested on vegetables, vines, cereals and ornamentals - crops where a general lift in vigor and stress tolerance pays off across establishment and the main growth phase. It suits any program looking to improve uniformity and resilience rather than correct a specific nutrient deficiency.

How does it improve uniformity and stress recovery?

By stimulating the plant's own growth and stress-response systems, Vita Boost helps crops grow more evenly and bounce back faster from setbacks such as heat, transplant shock or uneven establishment. The amino-acid energy substrate gives plants a head start in recovery, while the kelp compounds and the iron and manganese support the photosynthesis and metabolism that drive steady, uniform growth.

Cell division, fruit uniformity, stress resistance

What is the application rate for Vita Boost?

1:2,000–1:1,000 · 0.5–1 mL/L (1.9–3.8 mL/gal) · 1.25–2.5 L/ha (17.3–33.3 fl oz/acre) Application: Foliar spray at pre-flowering, fruit-set and enlargement.

Is Vita Boost suitable for natural or organic programs?

Vita Boost supplies Ascophyllum nodosum extract · protein hydrolysate · gluconic acid · Fe, Mn in a formulation designed to fit low-residue and IPM programs.

What is Vita Boost?

A kelp and amino-acid bio-activator, sold as a 1-0-5 fertilizer, that supports cell division, fruit uniformity and stress resistance.

What is in it?

Mechanically extracted Ascophyllum nodosum, protein hydrolysate, gluconic acid, and the micronutrients iron and manganese, in a 1-0-5 analysis (N 1%, K 5%).

When should I use it?

As a foliar spray at pre-flowering, fruit set and fruit enlargement.

Which crops is it for?

Vegetables, vines, cereals and ornamentals.

Is it a fertilizer?

Yes. Vita Boost is a fertilizer with a 1-0-5 analysis, and it is also a bio-activator: alongside the nitrogen, potassium and micronutrients, the kelp and amino-acid fraction stimulates the plant's own growth and stress responses.
